This Team came in, removed the damage, prevented any mold from occurring and even completely removed the smell before preceding and then rebuilt it all even better than before. Our project manager, Tony Vargas, was there every step of the way and was professional and easy to work with. Photo shows water pouring through first floor ceiling from 2nd floor water leak! Sam and his crew at Elite Solutions were absolutely incredible. When the hurricane left our home in shambles we were at a complete loss of what to do. From the moment of contact Sam was Johnny-on-the-spot. He knew exactly what needed to be done - from the physical work needed to the paperwork requirements of our insurance and was always in communication with us. The entire crew worked tirelessly until the job was completed and it was a full gutting of the interior and removal of all the fixtures, cabinets, etc. In summary, we give them 5 stars and would highly recommend their services.

THANK YOU to RESTORATION SOLUTIONS by ELIE LLC. Sam Diligianis came by a couple of days after Hurricane Beryl hit Lake Jackson, Tx. I had a 60-foot pecan tree fall on my house damaging my roof with limbs punching through the roof and into two bedrooms. It rained over 10” the day of the hurricane and every day post thus leaving a very big mess with wet carpet, bedding, sheetrock, ceiling, insulation…etc. Sam was very upfront with what his company could do for me and excellent advice on how to proceed. They came in and took out all the insulation, sheetrock, carpet, carpet padding and other items in the rooms that were damaged and molding which was past saving. They then decontaminated all the wall studs, ceiling members, floor, and items that were salvageable. Then fans and dehumidifiers were set up to dry the house out after so much water had entered. The crew (Sam and Matt) were very professional and worked very efficiently throughout the process. They also wrapped and packed all salvageable items and hauled to a storage unit I had rented. A great overall job!

After hurricane Helene flooded our home we needed someone to remove our damaged walls, floors, etc. Restoration Solutions showed up and Sam walked us through the entire process and stayed in touch every step of the way. Merced and Chris were amazing!!!! They were explaining everything step by step. They were courteous and very professional. My couch is a microfiber type of couch with dual power reclining so not an easy couch to clean and they made it look easy. We had another company attempt and they took one look and said they couldn’t. I’m glad they were able to clean it and make it look like new again. Saved my husband from having to buy me a new couch.

I can't say enough about Brian. Like others dealing with the freeze we had a broken pipe that was shooting water all over the side of the house and my brand new $8,000 AC unit. He walked me through everything to get the water shut off and any possible short term solutions to make it to the next day since this happened late at night. First thing the next morning he was at my house, repaired, and even reworked the web of messed up pipes that have been the bane of my existence since owning my home. I have valves to turn off specific areas of water and one just for the main. Now I don't have to run down and out the driveway to turn off the meter since it was the only way before. I'll always request Brian to help with any plumbing problem I have.

They even packed and moved all of the things that were in the way of painting and brought in a cleaning crew afterwards. My house looks better now than it did before! PuroClean did an amazing job of helping us after our dogs got sprayed by a skunk on our porch Saturday night.
